NJM Registers Zero Valid Complaints in Auto Insurance Study
For the second consecutive time and the third in the past four years, NJM Insurance Group has registered zero valid complaints in the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance’s annual Auto Insurance Consumer Information Report. NJM is one of the largest insurers to generate no valid complaints in 2013, and has ranked consistently among the best performers since reports began in 1987.
